Ruth Bader Ginsburg swears in 201 new U.S. citizens in New York

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's reminiscence about her immigrant lineage brought tears to the eyes of one new American citizen at a Tuesday swearing-in ceremony. "It was an emotional moment for me when she was giving her speech," said Pranitha Mantrala, 35, who came to the U.S. from India. "It was a moment I won't forget."
